  1. You must be the primary holder of a 501(c)(3). If you operate under someone else's 501(c)(3), you cannot have your own listing, but the primary holder of the 501(c)(3) can list you as a "subsidiary." Visitors to this Directory will be able to find subsidiary organizations by doing a name/keyword search.

  2. You must provide your services primarily to Rhode Islanders.
